Karthikeya Easwar is Visiting Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Dr. Easwar holds a Ph.D. degree in marketing from the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University, a M.S. in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Engineering of Management Systems from Columbia University.
Dr. Easwar’s research interests lie in the field of consumer psychology. His recent research focuses on the influence of affect, emotion and culture on consumer information processing, decision-making and consumption. At Georgetown McDonough, Dr. Easwar teaches consumer behavior at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
Dr. Easwar is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Association for Consumer Research and the Society for Consumer Research.
